 Why is this so important? Turning the light of this statement onto my own life I know without a shadow of doubt that my toughest times were also my biggest turning points. My deep desire & curiosity to live an extraordinary full life regardless of outer circumstances propelled me and at times forces me onto a journey of self discovery, growth, and ultimately igniting myself in ways I never knew possible. Up until that point I kept making external changes to ease an internal feeling. 

I now teach from hard earned personal experience how you can rise with resilience, expand into an even more amazing person whilst building and living an extraordinary life!! 

The only thing that for sure will change when working with me is you will expand, and with that upgrade your outer world will follow.

The moment my life changed, and I remember the split second it did. In that moment nothing in my outer world had changed, not one thing. I realized that the increased experience in quality of life, the feeling of empowerment in my own life and of my own results and that the substance of how I spent my time, completely, entirely and undeniably came from the work I had done inside of me. 

The emotional momentum of feeling that empowered is a huge magical part of my life now. As I continue to thrive, the same tools can be reapplied in any situation freeing me from worrying about what will potentially happen in my life and let me use my energy and time on enjoying it & create things far more meaningful to me! 

Today I can really live in my true core -as a HIGH energy person with a massive passion for LIVING life as much and  in as many ways as possible. I am in love with newness, constantly seeking out experiences, growth and adventure as it stretches the time we are given in this life and shuts down the feeling that it is running in default mode

I knew that there was MORE in life and that I was not living my full potential. I was tired of trying to "climb to the top" to feel like I was pushed down again. 

The SHIFT from then until now is monumental!!

My life today when people ask what I do for a living I answer: I am "LIVING LIFE FOR A LIVING" - it is creating and attracting meaningful people, opportunities, relationships, emotions, results & freedom I desire for my life despite any external challenges. I married the love of my life, started coaching as my passion and travel the world with Sweden's largest female community to only mention a few of the things that happened when I stopped being the victim and started intentionally creating. It's being rich in the buckets that truly matter. 

I decided to make my mess my message and inspire as many people as possible to tap  into their true powers, stop wasting more time being stuck and live the life of their dreams. I am certain that my experiences and lessons will have a positive impact for others!
